PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: 25 May 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how airvent.live ("XES", "we", "us") handles information when you use our website. XES is a United Kingdom based service and complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Summary: XES is a random voice and video chat service. We do not record your conversations and we do not store personal data about how you use the site. The only personal data we keep is the email address of users who choose to sign up for an account.

1. Who we are

xespool.com is operated from the United Kingdom. For any privacy-related question you can contact us at admin@xespool.com.

2. What we do not collect or store

3. The only data we store: your email address

If you choose to sign up for an account, we store the email address you provide. That is the only piece of personal data we keep. We use it to identify your account, to let you log back in, and to send essential service notices (for example, a password reset). We do not store any other profile information, usage history, or chat data linked to your email.

You can ask us to delete your email and close your account at any time by emailing admin@xespool.com.

4. What is processed in real time only

To run the service, your IP address is used momentarily to establish a peer-to-peer connection between you and another user, and to help prevent abuse. It is not written to a database or retained after your session ends.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use the minimum cookies and browser localStorage entries needed to make the site work (for example, keeping you logged in or remembering your settings during a session). You can clear these at any time through your browser. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of you.

To stop banned users from evading a ban, we store a device fingerprint — a single hashed identifier derived locally from your browser/device characteristics (not your raw data, and computed in your browser, not by a third party) — together with a small browser marker. These are used solely for abuse prevention and moderation, never for advertising or cross-site tracking.

6. Third party services

Cloudflare provides infrastructure that helps us deliver the service. In doing so Cloudflare may briefly process connection metadata such as your IP address. We do not use Cloudflare to store any personal data about you. This processing is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that visitors are human; this is subject to the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

7. Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR our lawful basis for storing your email address (if you sign up) is the performance of a contract with you — providing your account. Our lawful basis for the brief, real-time technical processing described above is our legitimate interest in operating a safe and functioning service.

8. Your rights under UK GDPR

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to the processing of personal data we hold about you. In practice, the only personal data we hold about you is the email address linked to your account (if you signed up). A subject access request will therefore only return that email address — we hold nothing else, so there is nothing further to provide, correct, or delete.

You can exercise any of these rights, including asking us to delete your email and close your account, by contacting admin@xespool.com.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

9. International transfers

Cloudflare may process connection metadata outside the United Kingdom. They provide recognised safeguards for international transfers as required by UK GDPR.

10. Children

XES is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly process information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child is using the service, please contact admin@xespool.com.

11. Security and disclosure

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the limited information we do handle. We will disclose information only where we are legally required to do so by a valid order of a UK court or competent authority.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows when it was most recently revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
